I try must best to restore any media I convert to digital, however in some cases this my not be possible due to the age or the degradation of the media. If this occurs with any of your media, I will contact you about it.

Each conversions comes with basic trimmings, colour correction and touch-ups if need. If a piece of media requires additional work I can discuss this further with you.

The time it takes to complete each order will depend on the current work load and number of items that is handed in, but I will try my best to get through each one as fast as possible. If you need them urgently, please let me know and will see what I can do.
